Download a copy of the program files for a homebrew pong game. Double-click the file and extract the folder to your desktop. Double-click on the folder to view the program files. Leave this folder open.
Insert the memory stick duo card into the memory slot that is located on the left side of your PSP. Slide the power button up to turn on the device.
Plug one end of the USB connector cable into the USB port on the PSP. Plug the other end of this cable into a USB port on your desktop or laptop computer. The computer automatically recognizes your PSP device and will install the required software drivers.
Click the ̶0;Start̶1; button and then select the option for ̶0;Computer.̶1; Double-click the PSP icon under the Portable Devices section. A PSP folder should be displayed on the screen. If a PSP folder is not present you will need to create one.
Right-click in the window and highlight ̶0;New.̶1; Select the option for ̶0;Folder̶1; and then type ̶0;PSP̶1; for the name. Double-click the PSP folder and create another folder called ̶0;Game.̶1; Create a new folder in the Game folder and give it the title of ̶0;Pong.̶1;
Copy the program files from the folder left open in Step 1. Paste the program files to the ̶0;Pong̶1; folder that you created on the PSP.
Disconnect the PSP from the computer. Navigate to the ̶0;Game̶1; section of your PSP from the ̶0;Home̶1; menu. Select ̶0;Pong̶1; from the list and the program will be installed on the PSP.
