Instructions
Run "WWE All Stars" on the PSP and select the "Create a Superstar" game mode.
Select "Create New" to create a wrestler from scratch or select "Edit" to modify an existing wrestler.
Select a moveset for the wrestler. The moveset is the list of basic attacks the wrestler knows. Play several matches with some of the game's pre-made wrestlers to find a fighting style that suits you best, then choose that fighting style for your created wrestler.
Select an opener for the wrestler. The opener is how the wrestler acts, such as his behavior and standing position. Watch the cinematic scenes of other wrestlers in the game to find the opener style that best suits your wrestler's theme.
Select a finishing move for the wrestler. The finishing move is the classic finishing attack that a wrestler performs to end a match. Select a favorite or pick a technique that fits your wrestler's style.
Modify the overall appearance of the wrestler using the Head Shape, Body Shape, and Ring Gear sections. For example, toggle through the facial expressions to find a face that fits your wrestler. Change the wrestler's skin color, facial hair and the size of his head. Change the color, size and shape of each dimension of the wrestler to find the perfect combination. Alter these features by navigating to the appropriate menu and scrolling through the options. For example, if you wanted to change the wrestler's height, select "Body" and then scroll to the height slider. Move the slider up or down to change the wrestler's height.
Add distinguishing features to the wrestler, such as chest hair, a beard, tattoos or unique clothing. Open the menu that corresponds to the appropriate area of the body. For example, if you wanted to add a tattoo, select "Tattoo" and scroll through the options. After adding a physical characteristic, modify the color of the characteristic using the color wheel at the bottom of the menu.
Select "Save Now" at the bottom of the screen to save your wrestler. Your created wrestler is now accessible from the Wrestler Selection screen along with the normal roster of the game's superstars.
