How to Level Up Your R&D Team Fast in MGS Peace Walker

In "Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker," your Research and Development team is just as important as your in-game skill level. The R&D team creates special item upgrades that improve your firepower, make it easier to sneak around secure locations and generally improve the quality of your dangerous lifestyle. The only way to up the level of your Research and Development team is recruiting new members to join your cause. Higher-ranked team members result in better weapons and upgrades.

Instructions

  Complete the main storyline of "MGS: Peace Walker" to unlock all of the Extra Ops missions.

  Play through each Extra Ops mission until you reach Mission 49, "Perfect Stealth."

  Accept Mission 49 and work your way past the guards at the entrance. Sneak around the facility, exploring every area in depth.
- 4
  Use the Fulton Launcher on every guard you encounter. There are three possible POWs in this mission, each one representing a specific area of your R&D team. The Fulton Launcher allows you to recover enemy combatants without worrying about accidentally killing them.
