Snakes
Just like in the movie "Raiders of the Lost Ark," Indiana Jones comes face to face with his worst fear, snakes. Escape from the snake pit by using your whip on the platform to move the bridge into an accessible position. Jump over the gap with Sallah and move the two statues to reveal a flaming torch and firewood. Use the torch to light the wood, allowing Indiana to make his way across the bridge. Always keep away from snakes, though; he will cower when next to one. Position Indiana and Sallah on the buttons to open the door. Exit the snake pit.
Belloq Fight
Once the ark has been opened at the end of the "Raiders of the Lost Ark" section of the game, Belloq tries to hide. Move the box onto the green panel on the left ledge. Jump up the box and to the top using Marion. Jump over to Belloq and hit him, making him run and hide again. Assemble the gray platform next to the girders. Take hold of the rope to get to Belloq and punch him. Jump to the ledge next to the glyph panel. Leap over to the rope, then grab hold of the railings and finally land on the whip platform. Use the platform and jump up the ledge. Hit Belloq again and he will stop hiding. He only has two hearts (health indicators) so you can quickly beat him up to complete the level.
Cutting the Ropes
The final battle of the movie "Temple of Doom" sees Indiana cut the rope bridge to dispose of his enemies. But in the game this is trickier. Fight Mola Ram until he loses a heart and then defeat the enemy carrying the sword. Throw the sword at one of the bridge's supporting ropes. Repeat the process of fighting Mola Ram and throwing the sword until all of the ropes are cut. Mola Ram and all your enemies will fall to their death.
Invisible Bridges
If you've seen the movie "The Last Crusade" you'll know that there is an invisible bridge leading to the Holy Grail. So in this level of the game you need to cross over the gap, trusting that there is a bridge below your feet. Cross over the next invisible bridge, too. Whip the platform to swing down to the visible bridge below. Move the box to the green panel and assemble a rotator switch. Use this switch to open the doors. Make your way across the final invisible bridge to get to the grail.
