Fight Sasori after the first cut scene. He will be using his third Kazekage puppet. If you ignore Kazekage and focus on Sasori, this battle will end quickly using any combo attacks.
Watch the cut scene, then start the second battle against Sasori and his third Kazekage puppet. This battle is identical to the first, except now Sasori has a new attack: the Iron Sand Jutsu. Three black bolts will fly in slow motion from thirrd Kazekage at Naruto. Use Naruto's ability to split into three bodies to avoid the attack, then attack Sasori fast and hard.
Watch another cut scene. Sasori has retreated for now. Just avoid the exploding spiders, get the item box, and save your game.
Watch a fourth cut scene, then fight Deidara again. You've already have had to defeat him twice to get to Sasori, and the same tactics work as before. The only difference is that he has more health and defense this time.
Watch the fifth cut scene. This is the battle that trips up most players. Sasori will attack you with five puppets while attacking you himself. He will use three attacks: a water jutsu that goes from side to side and does little damage, a fire attack that will nearly instantly kill you, and his standard attack using the fans on his back.
Kill three of Sasori's puppets. While he will resurrect his puppets, this is only triggered after you kill four of the five, so killing three will relieve some of the pressure.
Dash then use your jutsu on Sasori. Do not attempt to use a combo, because his puppets will attack you and knock you back. Repeat this until you go on to the sixth and final section of the battle.
Watch the final cut scene. Sasori will be by himself this time. Just attack him with your strongest jutsus and combos, and he will go down easily.
