How to Unlock the Bandana in Peace Walker

"Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker" is an action game for play on the PlayStation Portable gaming device. It is the direct sequel to "Metal Gear Solid 3" and has you in control of Naked Snake on a series of sneaking missions. The bandana is an item given for successfully completing the game under specific circumstances that has made an appearance in several other Metal Gear games, as well. In "Peace Walker," the bandana is an item that when worn grants infinite ammo to any gun that you fire.

Instructions

  Unlock the "Extra Op 119" mission. After you complete "Mission 26: Peace Walker Battle 3," you will unlock the option to play Extra Op missions. Play through and beat each mission to unlock the next playable mission. The missions will not necessarily unlock the next numerical mission, however you will need to play through the 118 missions prior to Extra Op 119, being that this is the second to last Extra Op mission.

  Beat Extra Op 119 mission with an "S" rank. Complete this mission in under 23 minutes to earn an "S" rank.

  Boost your combat level to at least "Level 88." This can be done by successfully completing missions and boosting your experience, as you will have to do to unlock Extra Op mission 119. If you are not to level 88 combat level by the time you have worked your way through the Extra Ops leading up to Extra Ops 119, then you can replay already completed levels to get more experience.

  Access the bandana specs under your equipment section in order to make the bandana. Once you have made the bandana, add it to your equipment menu. During gameplay, if you equip the bandana, you will have unlimited ammo to any gun that you use and unlimited use of any silencer as well.
