How to Get Focus Barrier

SquareEnix released "Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep" for the PlayStation Portable (PSP) in 2010. Action Commands are character-specific abilities that have a wide array of functions. For example, Aqua's Focus Barrier allows her to block any attack and restore some of her Focus Gauge with a successful block. This action command can only be learned on the Command Board, a board game that can be played at any time against the computer. You must land on a specific space on a specific board to gain this ability.

Instructions

  Press "Start" and select "Command Board."

  Select the "Royal Board" command board. Your character travels along the board left to right based on the number of the dice when you roll them.

  Land on the board piece that has Focus Barrier on it. From the starting position, this piece is located four squares to your left and three squares up.
- 4
  Select "Yes" when the "Take Over Command Panel" window appears. It costs 714 GP to acquire the panel and, once acquired, Aqua automatically learns Focus Barrier to use in the regular game.
