How to Get the Battle Dress With Helmet in Metal Gear Solid

In "Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker," a variety of outfits can be found and unlocked with different defensive effects and camouflage. The battle dress with the helmet functions poorly as camouflage but protects you well overall and stops head shots. Every way to unlock this outfit presents a formidable challenge. You can complete certain Outer Ops missions which might reward you with the battle dress with helmet, or you can get a high rank on specific Extra Ops missions for a chance at unlocking the outfit.

Instructions

  Complete Peace Walker Battle 3, Mission 26 to unlock the Extra Ops missions.

  Get an S-rank on each of the following Extra Ops missions to unlock the battle dress with helmet: 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 and 44. Each subsequent mission unlocks after completing the previous one.
- 3
  Complete one of a few "Outer Ops" missions that possibly yields the battle dress with the helmet after completing one of them. Complete mission 69 for a 15% chance of unlocking it, mission 70 for a 30% chance of unlocking it, mission 71 for a 45% chance of unlocking it, and 72 for a 60% chance of unlocking it.
