How to Get an Egg in LittleBigPlanet for PSP

Originally released for the Sony PlayStation 3, "LittleBigPlanet" was so successful that the Japanese entertainment giant decided to develop the hit title for its handheld console --- the PSP. Set in a fantasy world, your mission is to guide "Sackboy" through a series of challenges. One of the most difficult levels is "Eggstraction" where you must jump, fly and run through Emperor Sario's palace and solve an animal-themed puzzle. By collecting items and finding the correct combination to the emperor's secret treasure room, you will unlock a precious dragon egg that must be reunited with its mother.

Instructions

  Enter evil Emperor Sario's palace. Avoid the moving blades that greet you by the front door. Use the elevator to reach the area next to the Treasure Room. Fly up the center of the screen while pushing the green cylindrical item above your head.

  Move right on the upper floor and enter the Giant Panda room. Bounce up and grab the floating cog-shaped items and push or drag them away from the center of the panda's head to reveal the image of a serpent. Collect the three bubble-shaped items. When the message "1st Snake" appears, leave the room by the same door through which you entered.

  Drop back down to the area adjacent to the Treasure Room. Pull or push the far-right lever of the four present until the image of the snake appears in the box with a red border.

  Fly back up to the upper floor and head to the smaller Panda Room located to the far left. Use the levers and switches to reach the small red-colored platform in the top-right corner and jump on the pressure switch. Two small doors will open and the image of a tiger revealed along with the message "2nd Tiger." Leave the room, head back to the combination wheels and use the lever on the far-left column to move the tiger print into the red-bordered box.

  Follow the left-center arrow all the way up to the building's second floor. Strap on the jet pack and fly around the maze collecting cylinders with different colored ends. Drop the two black, one red and one yellow cylinders into their respective containers while avoiding sharp obstacles and moving vices. Stand on the switch in the top-left corner of the maze and then drop back down to the three colored containers which will now be under the image of a bird. The message "3rd Chicken" will appear. Return to the lower floor and use the lever to position the chicken image in the second row of the left column.

  Return to the second floor and enter the room to the right. Pull and push the lever to move the canon left and right and wait for the cannonballs to hit their targets and release prizes. When a large bullseye is hit, the image of a dragon is revealed and the message "4th Dragon" appears. Head back to the combination lock and use the lever to position the dragon icon in the right column.

  Stand on the red button to open the Treasure Room door. Grab the egg and make your way over the bridge to your left while dragging it behind you. Give it to the grateful dragon and then move toward the small monitor where you will be congratulated on completing this task.
