How to Renovate the Pokke Farm

The Pokke Farm is an area in Pokke Village where you can gather materials for building new weapons, armor and other equipment and items in the "Monster Hunter Freedom" and "Monster Hunter Portable" game series. As you progress, you can purchase renovations for your farm that will produce better and rarer items for creating more powerful equipment. Although you must do all of the gathering yourself, all renovations are made through the Pokke Farm's caretaker.

Instructions

  Speak with the Pokke Farm caretaker. He is the man standing just outside the farm in Pokke village -- he is dressed in yellow and wears a large backpack. Once you speak with him, he explains how the Pokke Farm works and grants you access.

  Gather Pokke Points. You can earn these by completing Training School quests, treasure hunting quests and by obtaining Account items. These items are found in random locations throughout the game while you are on missions. When you complete a mission, the Account items are automatically exchanged for Pokke Points, but you can turn them in earlier by returning to Pokke Village and dropping them off in the delivery box at the guild's base.

  Speak with the Pokke Farm caretaker whenever you want to exchange Pokke Points for farm renovations. He gives you three options: "Renovate"; "Point Exchange"; and "Explain Points." Pick the first option to see your renovation options.

  Purchase farm renovations from the Pokke Farm caretaker. You must purchase your renovations in sequential order. For example, each farm area, such as the Fishing Pier, has four upgrades available; you can't buy Fishing Pier +4 until you have purchased the first three. When you purchase the upgrade, the Pokke Points are deducted and the caretaker renovates your farm.
