How to Use Fatalities on Mortal Kombat: Unchained

"Mortal Kombat: Unchained" is the PSP port of "Mortal Kombat: Deception" for PS2 and Xbox. "Mortal Kombat: Unchained" adds new characters to the game but otherwise retains much of the original content. As in every "Mortal Kombat" game, the player has the option of performing a fatality on her opponent after winning a fight. Fatalities are gory showpiece celebrations for winning a battle and do not actually inflict any damage on the opponent.

Instructions

    • 1

Choose a character and begin a fight.

    • 2

Win your battle. "Finish Him" or "Finish Her" appears on the screen.

    • 3

Stand in the correct position relative to your opponent. "Close" fatalities require you to be right next to your opponent, "Sweep" fatalities work a few steps away from the target and "Full Screen" fatalities require you to get as much room as possible.

    • 4

Press the "L" button on the PSP. The game enters fatality style.

    • 5

Enter one of your character's fatality codes. The character performs a fatality move if she is in the correct position and you enter the code without mistakes. See "Resources" for a list of "Mortal Kombat: Unchained" fatality moves.
