Choose neutral dialogue options from the dialogue tree. There are always three answers for you to give, with one responding to creation, destruction and neutral. The neutral responses will be unemotional and support neither side.
Run away from battles. This will help add to your destructive rating while still adding some creation rating. Running adds more destructive to your rating than finishing a battle adds to your creation so only run from every third or fourth battle.
Let some of your party members get knocked out during battles. Knocked-out party members aid in your destruction rating. However, let only one or two members get knocked out for every third battle to create a neutral balance.
Use Evil Ragnafacts during battles. The Ragnafacts are destructive items that will boost your destruction rating. Only use them once every 10 battles or so. Using them too often will create an imbalance between your destruction and creation ratings.
Win battles without killing your enemies or losing a party member. You can win simply by knocking out your opponents. Use this method to boost your creation rating if you are worried that it's getting too low.
Finish side quests to help you boost your creation rating if you feel it is getting too low. However, finishing too many can boost your creation rating too high. Complete only one or two per world and balance these with a destructive act.
Finish the world to see the ending. The neutral ending will feature a very difficult boss and a cinematic ending that is neither creative nor destructive.
