How to Convert MDFs to Eboots

MDF is a CD/DVD data disc format on PC, which you create in a disc-imagine program such as MagicISO. MDF contains all of the disc data; however, an MDS file contains the data information for the MDF. The MDS file accompanies the MDF file. EBOOT, or PBP, is a game format for the PSP, or PlayStation Portable. Amateur software programmers make "homebrew" games that you can play on the PSP. Homebrew games are homemade games from unprofessional game developers. You can convert MDFs to EBOOTs with an EBOOT converter.
