The Weapon & Locations on GTA Vice City Stories

Inspired by the Miami drug cartels and nightlife of the 1980s, "GTA Vice City Stories" places gamers into the role of Vic Vance. After being relieved from his tour of duty, Vance is back home in Vice City. However, Vic is thrust into several problems that force Vic to protect his family while he builds his empire. Before Vance can accomplish any of this, he will need the help of weapons and ammunition to help kill anyone who stands in his way.

Small Arms Weapons
- Small arms weapons are scattered through the game and they include meat cleavers, hammers, golf clubs and knives. Most weapons can be found at the Bunch-of-Tools store or at Ammu-nation. For the meat cleaver, hammer, machete and baseball bat visit the Bunch-of-Tools store in the Washington district. For the katana, visit Starfish Island and search the each house's garage. For the chainsaw, visit the Ocean Beach area; the chainsaw is located in apartment 3C, in the bathroom. For the tear gas, visit the police station in the Washington District; it will be behind the station.
Sub-Machine Guns
- The sub-machine guns in the game allow you to shoot rapidly while inflicting damage to multiple opponents. Depending on your aim, you may have to fire several rounds into an enemy to kill him. For the Tech-9 gun, visit Vice Point. Visit the turnaround on Vice Point and jump onto the pathway pointed toward the golf course. Follow the pathway until you reach the first house to locate the gun. For the Uzi, visit Skumhole Shack in Downtown and it will be underneath the stairs. For the MP5, visit the Ammu-nation in Downtown, while the Ingram Mac 10 may be found in the Ammu-nation in Ocean Beach.
Shotguns
- The shotguns are effective at close range, often killing an enemy in one shot if they do not have body armor. Unlike the sub-machine guns and small arms, there are only three shotguns to purchase or find. The chromed shotgun is located on East Island on the furthest street in the Washington district. Locate the shotgun on a bench across from the building labeled "Hotel." The stubby shotgun is located in the Junkyard behind the small building. The last shotgun, the Spaz, is located behind the surf billboard in front of the airport terminal.
Rifles
- Both the assault and sniper rifles provide one shot kills to victims and are the most powerful weapons in the game. However, both the assault and sniper rifles contain only two guns for each class. The Ruger assault rifle is located on the roof across from the El Swanko Casa while the M4 is located in Little Haiti next to Aunti Poulet's house. Both of the sniper rifles can only be found by purchasing them at the Ammu-nation stores.The Psg1 sniper rifle is located at the Downtown Ammu-nation for $5,000 while "The Sniper Rifle" is available only at the North Point Mall for $1,500.
