Instructions
Download and install the GTA Custom Soundtrack Loader into your PC (See Resources).
Save the GTA game into your PSP/PS2 memory and connect it to your PC with a USB cable.
Access the PSP folder and choose "Save Data." Look for the GTA game.
Make a new folder within the "Save Data" for the custom soundtrack by removing the SO and add "Custom Tracks" folder.
Run the GTA Custom Soundtrack Loader Utility on your PC. Select MP3s from the hard disk or a CD, choose "Custom soundtracks" and convert it. For PS2 users, go to "Driver details," "Settings" and Audio on. Turn the volume all the way down and the DJ should be off.
Rename the files from *.toc to *.gta after the conversion is complete. For PS2 users, connect the audio cables from an audio device such as CD player to the PS2 port for audio.
Play GTA Vice City Stories, and select "Custom soundtrack" in your audio options by going to the menu and choosing "Audio Settings."
