Def Jam Fighting Styles for the PSP

"Def Jam: Fight for NY" features multiple combat disciplines to learn. By learning specific disciplines in order, you can unlock new fighting styles in the game. You must choose the correct two or three disciplines from the following choices: kickboxing, martial arts, street fighting, submission and wrestling. Learn each list in the order provided.

Street Brawl
- There are five different Street Brawl fighting styles to obtain. For the first, learn martial arts, streetfighting and kickboxing. Learn martial arts, kickboxing and wrestling for Street Brawl 2. Street Brawl 3 requires you to take on martial arts, wrestling and kickboxing. Use martial arts and streetfighting for Street Brawl 4. Street Brawl 5 requires martial arts, kickboxing and streetfighting. Learn martial arts and kickboxing for Street Brawl 6. Streetbrawling Freak can be obtained by using submission, wrestling and streetfighting.
Kung Fu, Jeet Kune Do
- Get Kung Fu by learning martial arts, submission and kickboxing. Drunken Kung Fu 1 can be unlocked by taking on martial arts, streetfighting and wrestling. Learn martial arts, wrestling and streetfighting for Drunken Kung Fu 2. Jeet Kune Do can be obtained by using martial arts, wrestling and submission.
Others
- Get Muy Thai by learning kickboxing, streetfighting and wrestling. Crow's can be unlocked by taking on martial arts, kickboxing and submission. The Cruiserweight style can be obtained with submission, kickboxing and wrestling. Pedigree requires wrestling and streetfighting. Unlock Technical Freak with martial arts and submission. Learn martial arts, streetfighting and submission for Crouching Tiger, and take on martial arts, streetfighting and kickboxing for Hidden Dragon. Tiger Claw 1 can be obtained with martial arts, streetfighting and submission. Use martial arts, submission and streetfighting for Tiger Claw 2.
