How to Get PSP Wallpapers

You can customize the way your PSP screen looks with free wallpapers. PSP wallpapers are available as free downloads from many web sites. Cartoons, celebrities, landscapes, art, sports or abstracts, the choice is wide. You can choose from hundreds of pictures to jazz up your screen. You download free PSP wallpapers just as you would download any other file. Because of the high-definition screen, images are shown with striking clarity on the PSP. Get images to match the color of your PSP or to match your mood.

Computer with Internet connection
Memory stick

Instructions

  Plug in the memory stick you use with your PSP to a USB port of your computer. Let the computer detect the memory device.

  Log onto pspsonywallpaper.com, freepspwallpapers.net or maximumwallpapers.com and search for the available wallpaper.

  Choose the wallpaper you want to download. Most sites list wallpapers under categories to make searching easier. Common categories are 3D, abstract, animals, cars, celebrities, food, landscape, movies, and sports.

  Download the wallpaper. You can select the "Download" button for the picture. If this is not available, right click on the picture and select "Save Image As" from the menu. Save the wallpaper file on your memory stick. Some sites mail free wallpaper to your email ID if you register with them. In this case, download the file and save it on the memory stick.

  Disconnect the memory device from the computer. Click on the icon for the memory device in the system tray and click "Safely remove hardware." Your wallpaper is now available on the memory stick and can be installed on the PSP. The file has to be transferred to the "Photo" folder on your PSP.
