How do I Play Traxxpad Portable Studio for PSP?

"Traxxpad Portable Studio," an application for the PSP released in 2007, allows players to create music from the application's library of sounds, drum sequencer and keyboard. Players can also record their own samples to play in the program. Using the game's main menu, players can share their music using a memory stick or the PSP network. However, learning to use the program requires mastering the controls of "Traxxpad Portable Studio."

      Use the "Start" button to get to the main menu and exit menu. Use the "Select" button to toggle between "Play" and "Pause" for your music. Hold the "Select" button for at least two seconds to toggle between recording and stopping a recording.

      Press the "X," "Square," "Circle" and "Triangle" buttons to play each button's corresponding sound. Use the "Up" and "Down" parts of the directional pad to cycle through different values. Press the "Left" and "Right" parts of the directional pad to cycle modes in the game.

      Press the analog stick then the "X" button to select items. Move the analog stick up and down to highlight a specific item. Move it to the left and right to jog the grid.

      Hold the "Left" and "Right" shoulder buttons together for at least two seconds to get the "Controller Configuration" menu. Hold the "Left" shoulder button for at least two seconds to bring up the "Channel Select" menu. Hold the "Right" shoulder button for at least two seconds to pen the "Bank Select" menu. Press shoulder buttons to also page back and forth in the game. Press the "Left" shoulder button once to channel group and press the "Right" shoulder once to mute a specific sequence or channel.
