How to Get Vegeta SS4 in DBZ B3

"Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3" is the third installment in the Dragon Ball Budokai series for PlayStation 2. If offers players the opportunity to play as their favorite characters through Dragonball Z, GT, and the series' movies. Players can unlock most characters through standard gameplay, but some are more elusive. Vegeta's Super Saiyan 4 (SS4) form has obscure requirements that must be completed in order to unlock it.

Instructions

  Insert "Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3" into your PlayStation 2 and wait for the game to load.

  Select "Dragon Universe" from the main menu. Press start and select "New Story." Play through the entire story with Vegeta. Upon completion, start "New Story" and play as Vegeta a second time.

  Continue playing until Vegeta is resurrected after fighting Fat Buu.

  Go to "Muscle Tower" on the ice island to the north. There, you will get a cut scene about Broly. After the cut scene, fly to the red map marker and meet Goku to fight Buu. Goku will tell you to go fight Broly.

  Fly to the islands on the bottom right portion of the map. Once there, fly over the right most island until you trigger a scene.

  Fight and defeat Broly at the map marker.

  Fly to Baba's Palace and search the surrounding area for the "Plains." Enter and speak with Bulma. She will tell you to go to West City.

  Fly to West City, where Bulma will give Vegeta the ability to turn SS4.
