How to Get Every Skill Point in Ratchet & Clank 1 on PS2

Ratchet and Clank is a game that was released for the PlayStation 2 in 2002. In the game, skill points are earned as the player completes various tasks within the levels. Gaining skill points gives players access to game cheats, which come in the form of Easter eggs. Skill points differ by mission, and there are many opportunities to gain them throughout the game.

  Find hidden weapons throughout the game, and use the right ones to defeat enemies. For example, to gain a skill point in the Endako level, fight off 10 robots with the crane. You can also gain a skill point in the Joba level by using the same wrench to kill all of the enemies. Completing these types of tasks earns you a large portion of the skill points available in the game.

  Destroy items in certain levels to gain skill points. In the Endako level, dismantle all the Megacorp rockets. You can also increase your points by busting up the Circular City in Endako. In the Maktar level, destroy the resort to gain a skill point. Destroy the giant globe in the Notak level to gain another point. In the Snivelak level, capitalize by sinking 14 ships.

  Finish the various obstacles within time limits or without taking any health damage. For example, you can gain points by beating two minutes and five seconds in the Joba Skills hover-bike race. You can also gain points by finishing the Barlow hover-bike race in under one minute and forty-five seconds. In the Boldan level, ride the grind rail without sustaining any damage to gain points. In the Maktar Nebula, defeat the B2 Brawler without damaging health to gain skill points.
