Instructions
Download the PS2 PAL to NTSC Patcher utility from the SKSApps website (see Resources). Click the file and follow the prompts to install the utility on your PC.
Open your CD/DVD burning application. Click the "Create ISO Image" or "Save ISO Image" button on the burning program menu or tool bar. Place the original Sony PlayStation 2 game disc into the DVD burner drive.
Browse to the folder on your PC where you want to save the ISO image file. Enter a name for the file in the "Save As" text field. Click the "OK" or "Start" button, and then wait while the program creates an ISO image file from the contents of the original PS2 game disc. Remove the original PS2 game disc from the DVD burner drive when prompted to do so.
Open the PS2 PAL to NTSC Patcher utility. Click the "Browse" button, and then navigate to the folder where you saved the ISO image file of the original PS2 game disc. Highlight the image file, then click the "OK" button. Click and select "48" in the "Y-Fix Offset" drop-down box. Uncheck the "Make PN Selector" option box. Click the "Patch File" button, and wait for the utility to convert the image file for use with the NTSC display system.
Open your computer's CD/DVD burner application again. Click the "Burn ISO to Disc," "Burn Image to Disc" or "Copy Disc from ISO Image File" button or link in the application. Insert a blank DVD-R into the burner drive. Browse to the folder with the patched ISO file. Click the "Burn" or "Write" button to copy the image file to the blank DVD-R. The PS2 game on the burned disc is not compatible with NTSC systems.
