How to Use the Action Replay Max

The Action Replay Max is a cheat code system for the PS2. By using the Action Replay Max, you can gain access to exclusive game cheats like maximum health, infinite ammo and unlimited money for a huge library of PS2 games. It can also instantly unlock secret characters, hidden levels and special vehicles in games so you don't have to spend hours playing through them to get all the goodies. To Use the Action Replay Max, all you need is a PS2 and some PS2 games.

Instructions

  Insert the Action Replay Max disc into the PS2. Press the "Reset" button.

  Allow time for the disc to load. After the disc has loaded, eject the Action Replay Max disc and insert a PS2 game disc. The Action Replay Max should detect the game and load the corresponding code list. If the code list doesn't load automatically, you will need to manually select the title of the game from the games list.

  Select the cheats you want to use in the game by highlighting the name of the cheat and pressing the "X" button.

  Press the "Start" button when you have finished selecting the cheats you want to use in the game. A menu will appear with three options: "Star the Game With Codes," "Start the Game Without Codes" and "Cancel."

  Select the option "Start the Game With Codes" to launch the game with the cheats you chose from the Action Replay Max.
