  Install the TV tuner card on your computer, with required software. If it's an internal card you must open your computer and install it inside. If it's a USB card you just plug it into your computer's USB port. Insert the software CD, after installing your tuner card, to install the software.

  Connect your PlayStation 2 RCA cables to your TV tuner card.

  Turn on your PlayStation 2; ensure your computer is on.

  Open your TV tuner's card program. Double-click on the TV tuner program icon to start it. Your PlayStation 2 should now display on your computer's monitor.
