Rampage 18
Finish the mission "From Zero to Hero."
Leave the building you are in and drive east. Turn left at the second set of traffic lights. Go down this road. Stop outside of a building with pink steps.
Look left of these steps to find a palm tree. Collect the skull next to this tree.
Rampage 19
Walk through the alleyway northeast of the palm tree.
Go up the staircase on the building to your left.
Go to the west side of the rooftop to find the next skull.
Rampage 20
Get into your car that you left outside of the pink steps.
Head north on the road where your car is parked. Make a left turn at the first traffic lights you see. Turn right at the end of this street.
Turn left into the alley just before you reach the second set of traffic lights.
Drive up the alley until you're stopped by a building with a large hole in it. Exit the vehicle and walk through the hole in the building.
Walk up the ramp and look right. A rampage skull will be waiting.
Rampage 21
Drive your car back down the alleyway and onto the road. Head north on this road.
Pass by three traffic lights and brake.
Exit the car and go to the construction site to the northwest.
Climb up on the roof of the trailer to get the next skull.
Rampage 22
Re-enter the car and continue in the same direction.
Turn left at the first opportunity. Exit the vehicle when you spot a large building with a staircase on your left.
Walk up the stairs. Grab the rampage skull from the bushes to the left of the tree.
Rampage 23
Go back to the car and drive east. Make a left turn at the first traffic lights you encounter.
Pass the next set of lights then leave your car. Go to a green and yellow building to the east.
Enter the green and yellow building. Go up two flights of stairs to the roof.
Grab the skull from the west side of the roof.
