Insert a PSP memory card into the PS2 Memory Card-to-USB adapter.
Plug the USB cable from the adapter into an empty USB port on your computer. Wait for Windows to detect and configure the adapter and memory card automatically.
Insert the USB flash drive into an open USB port on your PC.
Click "Start" and then click "Computer." Double-click the drive letter for the memory card under the "Removable Media" section.
Browse to the folder on the memory card that contains the game data you want to save to the USB flash drive. Highlight the folder or data file and then press and hold the "Ctrl" key down and press "C" to copy the data.
Browse to the USB flash drive in "Computer." Double-click the drive letter for the flash drive to open the root folder of the drive.
Press the and hold the "Ctrl" key and then press the "V" key to paste the memory card data to the USB flash drive.
Remove the memory card and USB flash drive from the computer.
