How to Make a PS2 ISO

The Sony PlayStation 2 (PS2) is a sixth-generation console. As newer gaming systems come out, the games for PS2 can get old or even damaged due to consistent use. ISOs are image files that are copies of original CDs or discs. Several ISO copying applications are options when making a PS2 ISO.

Instructions

    • 1

Download and install an ISO software application to the computer (see Resources). Follow all prompts to complete the installation. Reboot the computer if necessary.

    • 2

Place the PS2 game disc into the computer's CD/DVD drive. Launch the ISO application software that you installed in step 1.

    • 3

Select the "Data Burning" option from the ISO application and the "Image Recorder" option.

    • 4

Click "Browse." Locate the PS2 game for which you wish to make an ISO. Click "OK," "Burn." You have now made a PS2 ISO.
