How to Convert a PS2 Dual Shock to a PC USB

The Sony PlayStation 2 (PS2) is a sixth generation home gaming system that makes use of a special PS2 controller that allows the player to play all of the console's games. If you wish to connect your PS2 controller to a personal computer, you must convert the signal from your PS2 controller into a USB signal. As long as you have the proper cable adapter, you can do this easily.
