How to Get Omega Shenron in Budokai 3

In "Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3: for the PlayStation 2, you fight against other z-fighters in either a versus mode or a story mode while playing as specific characters. Many characters are unlockable by certain means, with the difficulty ranging from easy to moderately challenging.

      Head to West City and visit Bulma after you are invited to fight against Gotenks at the tournament.

      Head to the world tournament and fight Gotenks; once you win, Omega Shenron will show up.

      Go to Central City to fight Omega Shenron. Once you beat him, which might take a few tries because he is one of the more difficult characters to unlock, you will acquire his capsule and now have Omega Shenron available to use in your game.
