"Spy vs. Spy" was based on the "Mad" magazine comic. Each spy set booby traps for his foe to stumble across and force that spy to lose items in his inventory. The first spy to collect all the required inventory items and escape won.
"The Bard's Tale"
"The Bard's Tale" poked good-natured fun at the fantasy genre. Players controlled the unnamed Bard on a mission to rescue a princess. The Bard used spells and weapons to fight off his attackers.
"Wizardry"
"Wizardry" was a spin-off of the RPG series that began in 1981. It used a first-person control system so players could create a character, customize the attributes and guide it through a 3D quest through a labyrinth.
"Altered Beast"
"Altered Beast" put players in control of Luke Custer, whose genetically altered DNA allowed him to transform into various beasts based on the combat situation.
