Set your laptop up close to where your PS2 station is hooked up. This will keep you from having the Ethernet cable stretched out all over the house.
Connect your PS2 to your laptop using your Ethernet cable. Be sure your PS2 is already hooked up to your TV. Turn on your laptop, making sure that it already is connected to a wireless Internet feed.
Open up your laptop&'s "Network Setting" center by going to the "Start" button on your computer&'s task bar, and then clicking on "Control Panel". In "Control Panel", click on "Network Connections".
Open up "Network Connections" and then highlight the box of the wireless connection you are already on and the Local Area Connection box (this is the connection between your computer and PS2). To highlight these, simply hold down the "Ctrl" button as you click on the wireless connection box and Local Area Connection box. If you are unsure what wireless connection you are connected to, simply look for the wireless connection box that says "Connected".
Right click on the highlighted connections. When the grey box pops up after doing that, select "Bridge Connections" and wait for this task to complete.
Start up your PS2 and insert the PS2 network access disk. While the PS2 is configuring its network access, select "Auto" for everything. Test out the connection by playing a online PS2 game.
