Instructions
Insert the game disc and memory card into your PS2. The console will automatically recognize the game and memory card, and start the game.
The PS2 will automatically save the game data to the memory card you have inserted. Some games automatically create a save file on your memory card when you start a new game. In others, you will have to tell the game to make a save file. A "Save Game" option is available from the Pause menu in most games. You access the Pause menu in most games by pressing the "Start" button.
Start up your PS2 with no game disc in it if you want to copy a saved game from one memory card to another. Make sure you have two memory cards plugged into the PS2, one with the saved game you want to copy, and the other with enough space to copy it to.
Select the "Browser" option from the main menu, and then select the memory card with the saved game you want to copy on it.
Select the saved game file you want to copy, and then select the "Copy" command from the screen that comes up. The PS2 will make a copy of that saved game on the other memory card.
