From Your PC
Install the Memory Manager software into your computer. This comes bundled with the Action Replay MAX.
Open the Memory Manager program on your computer. After that, insert your USB flash drive and wait for the Memory Manager software to detect it. Ensure that your computer has an active Internet connection.
Click the "+" button located in the window named "DATABASE." Afterwards, click the "+" symbol next to the options marked "Online Powersaves."
Find Powersaves you want to download, then drag and drop them into the USB Drive window.
Remove the USB drive from your computer and insert it into the PlayStation 2. Turn on the console with Action Replay MAX loaded, then select "My Devices" from the main menu.
Select the USB drive to open it and then select the Powersaves by pressing the "X" button on each one. Press "RIGHT" on the direction pad, then select "MOVE."
Press "RIGHT" and select the memory card you wish to transfer to. Press "X" to move the files from the USB drive and into the PS2 memory card.
Online Through the PlayStation 2
Load the Action Replay MAX into your PS2 console and turn it on. The PS2 should have a broadband connection installed such as the Sony Network Adapter, and have a memory device inserted, such as a USB drive.
Select the option labeled "Get Saves" from the main menu. After that, select "Online" as the download source.
Wait for the header bar to confirm your connection status. When it does, a list of folders will appear.
Open the "Powersaves" folder, navigate through its contents, then select the save file. After that, navigate and choose the target memory device on the right side of the screen by pressing the "X" button. A progress bar will appear, indicating when the transfer process will be complete.
