Players may have to not only up their firepower, but also alter their strategy when encountering these animals.

Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2009
- "Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2009" was released in 2009 for the Nintendo Wii, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles. The game allows players to encounter a variety of dangerous creatures in several countries. A bonus mission in Tanzania lets hunters eliminate a crazed elephant. Hunters in the game also encounter Indian elephants, tranquilizing animals instead of putting them down in the level.
Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2
- "Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2" was released for the PlayStation 2 console and the PC in 2005. The game puts a survival spin on the hunting video game genre. Of the many animals you hunt that may attack back, African bush elephants are some of the largest. Players can use several weapons, including rifles, knives, handguns and shotguns, to take down several species.
Browning African Safari Deluxe
- "Browning African Safari Deluxe" was released for the PC in 2000. Gamers have the option to hunt 14 types of African animals, including elephants. Players also have the opportunity to hunt in 14 different African areas. In a challenging twist, however, the animals can fight back.
