How to Troubleshoot PS2 Memory Cards

The Playstation 2 gaming console uses memory cards to allow users to store their games for later. PS2 memory cards can also be used to save customized characters and level progression as well as controller settings set by the user. The most common problem that PS2 users run into is corrupted data on their PS2 memory card. Corrupted data can be caused by taking the memory card out of the slot while a game is saving. To fix this, you will need to clear the corrupted data from the card.
