Double click on your DVD burning software. Your software should be able to create ISO images for you to backup your PS2 games.
Click on the "Create Image File" tab at the top of your DVD burning software. This may be labeled "Create ISO" or something similar.
Choose your PS2 game from the "Source" prompt in the next window. Choose the destination where you would like to save the file in the next window. Choosing your "Desktop" is a good way to keep your file handy.
Click on the "Rip" or "Read" section of the software. This will copy the data from the PS2 game from your disc to your computer's hard drive.
Click on the "Start" menu on the lower left hand side of the computer screen. Select "My Computer" from the choices given and locate your PS2 game in the window. Right click on the game and select "Eject".
Take your PS2 game out of the DVD drive and insert a blank DVD. Close the drive with the small button under the drive.
Go back to your DVD burning software and click the "File" menu at the top of the screen. Select "New" to start a new project. Select "Burn ISO disc" or something similar depending on the burning software. A small window should pop up asking you for the file to burn.
Select your PS2 data file from your computer's desktop and press "OK" on the right hand side of the window. Select "Burn" from the software menu and wait for the game to burn.
Turn on your Playstation 2 and insert the "Swap Magic" disc. Start the program and then insert your burned PS2 game when prompted.
