How to Catch Catfish on Rapala Game for PS2

Rapala Pro Fishing is a fishing game for PlayStation 2 that features game play with Rapala fishing gear and feedback from Rapala fishing pros as you play. The game also features realistic fish artificial intelligence, 21 tournaments and unlockable fishing areas. One of the most difficult fish to catch in the game is the catfish. You can catch this trophy fish, but you have to have a lot of patience.

Instructions

  Go to Lake Okeechobee 1 or Lake Okeechobee 2. Both settings have catfish. Choose the one you like best because you may be fishing there a while.

  Use the minnow color lure, as well as the strongest line and strongest rod that you own.

  Cast your line near a dark grassy area in the lake.

  Allow the lure to hit the bottom of the lake. Since catfish are bottom feeders, you will only find them along the floor of the lake.

  Don't reel in your lure until you get a bite. Allow the lure to sit until the catfish comes to it. This may take time and a lot of patience, but eventually you will get a bite.

  Reel in the catfish carefully once it has taken the lure.
