Dragon Quest 8 Weapons

Bardiche of Binding

• The Bardiche of Binding is for one of your travel companions, Yangus. It can be found in the Monster Arena with a Rank B. It is used to silence enemies and cause damage to demon-type monsters.

Blizzard Blade

• Both you, the hero, and Jessica, another companion on your journey, can use the Blizzard Blade. Use it to inflict ice-based damage to your enemies. You will find it in Tryan Gully.

Boomerang

• The boomerang is for the hero only. There are a few places you can find it: Farebury, Alexandria or in a chest in Peregrin Quay. Use it against any enemy to cause damage.

Chain Whip

• Once Jessica gets the chain whip, she can use it to hit all monsters in a battle at one time. Argonia and Neos are where you̵7;ll find this helpful weapon.

Dragonsbane

• You and Jessica should get this from Orkutsk or Tryan Gully for battles against dragons. It will cause additional damage to dragons.

Eros̵7; Bow

• Angelo, another helpful companion, can use Eros̵7; Bow during a battle to confuse your enemies when they are attacked. You will find this in Rydon̵7;s Tower.

Flail of Destruction

• Let Yangus attack all your enemies at once with the Flail of Destruction. Princess Minnie̵7;s Castle is where you̵7;ll find the Flail.

Hell Scythe

• In Arcadia, Yangus can pick up the Hell Scythe. This will allow him to paralyze monsters during a battle.

Metal Wing Boomerang

• In Dragon Quest, you can use alchemy to create or improve weapons in your arsenal. By using alchemy, create a Metal Wing Boomerang for the hero. While useful in attacking any enemy, it is especially helpful against metal-type monsters.

Uber Falcon Blade

• Angelo, Jessica and the hero can use this weapon to attack twice in one round. The Uber Falcon Blade is also created by alchemy.

Zombie Slayer

• Jessica and the hero can use the Zombie Slayer to attack zombies. Use alchemy to create this weapon.
