How to Digivolve in Digimon 4

"Digimon 4," also known as "Digimon World 4," is the fourth iteration of the "Digimon" games, based off the animated series. In this game, you are a member of the Digital Security Guard (D.S.G.) and your primary mission is to eliminate a threat known as the "X-virus." You use control either Dorumon, Veemon, Guilmon, and Agumon - the "Digimon" (known as digital monsters) used to fight against the forces infected by the "X-virus." Throughout the game you have the option of partaking in side quests. Completing the objectives of these side quests will enable you to evolve (or "Digivolve") your "Digimon" character.

Instructions

Normal Mode

  Go to the "Numenume River" and save the 10 Digi-elves. You will then have access to the "Undead Yard."

  Go to the "Undead Yard." Then kill 279 monsters there to automatically Digivolve the Digimon into their first evolution.
- 3
  Go to "Item Road" and clear it to complete the side quest with either of the four Digimon. They will automatically Digivolve upon finishing this quest.
Hard Mode
- 4
  Go to the "Numenume River" and save the 10 Digi-elves. You will then have access to the "Undead Yard."

  Go to the "Undead Yard." Then kill 302 monsters there to automatically Digivolve into the Digimon's first evolution.

  Clear "Item Road" to Digivolve into their second evolution. Then complete the "Item Retrieve" side quest by returning the "Sword Cannon Delta" to Digivolve the Digimon into their third evolutionary forms.

  Clear the "Card Retrieve" side quest with one hit-point left to Digivolve into their fourth forms. Then finish "Seal of Souls" with 10 minutes left to Digivolve into their fifth evolutions. Finally, defeat the boss in the side quest "Wormhole Dungeon/Wamu Platform" to automatically Digivolve the Digimon into their last form on "Hard Mode."
Super Hard Mode

  Clear the "Item Retrieve" side quest by giving back the "Blast Gun Gamma." This will Digivolve your Digimon to their first form.

  Finish the "Card Retrieve" side quest with only one hit-point remaining. You will receive your second form.
- 10
  Clear "Seal the Souls" side quest with more than10 minutes left, while sacrificing "Defense Room Delta." You will get the third Digivolve form.
- 11
  Complete the final side quest, "Wormhole Dungeon/Wamu Platform." You will then receive the final evolutionary form.
Level 16 Evolution
- 12
  Play the game as you normally would and level up. Reach level 16 on any Digimon character.
- 13
  Head to the DigiLab. Then speak to the attendant.
- 14
  Choose the option to Digivolve your level sixteen Digimon. It will then evolve into its level 16 form.
