How to Pick Up a Watermelon in Spongebob Movie PS2 Game

"Spongebob Squarepants the Movie" for the Playstation 2 videogame requires the player to use watermelons in order to complete different tasks. Picking up the watermelons is tricky because you have to hold them the right way to throw them with the right amount of power. Once you have mastered throwing watermelons, competing on all of the game's levels will become a lot easier.

      Position yourself right in front of the watermelon.

      Press the "R1" button when you are ready to pick up a watermelon. The character should grab the watermelon.

      Hold the "R1" button until you have enough strength to throw it. The watermelons are heavy, so the further you have to throw the watermelon, the longer you hold down the "R1" button. To throw the melon, just release the "R1" button.
