How to Save PSX Games on PS2

Sony's PlayStation 2 game console appeals to many gamers because it allows owners to play their library of PlayStation One games (or PSX games) on their newer console. This eliminates the clutter of hooking up multiple consoles to a single set, freeing up space and making things easier all around. Saving your PSX game progress on your PlayStation 2 is easy to do and works the same way as it did on the original PlayStation.

      Power on your PlayStation 2.

Make sure you have enough space on your PlayStation One memory card by going to the "Browser" screen, selecting the memory card and seeing how many blocks are free.
