Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4
If you like your sports games realistic, look elsewhere. Tony Hawk is all about arcadey controls, unlimited combos and plenty of fun. Awesome music, great graphics and in-depth character creation means that the game is already a blast before you've even begun to shred pavement. The huge environments, numerous goals and tricky-to-master combo system makes for an arcade style game with plenty of meat on its bones.
Tekken 5
Released simultaneously on the PS3 and PS2, Tekken 5 demonstrated that the older system still had plenty of fight left in it. Frantic fighting with a bevy of classic characters from the series' rich past makes for one of the best 3D fighters of all time. Burnout 3: Takedown
If you're looking for realism, stick with Gran Turismo. However, if speed is what you seek, Burnout is the only choice. Burnout 3 combined incredible cheek-flapping, eye-watering speed with some of best controls and coolest crashes of any racing game ever made.
