Three Tiers of Weapons
There are three cheats that correspond to the three tiers of weapons that may be unlocked. For each cheat, simply enter the sequence on your game controller during play. You may re-enter the same code multiple times in order to get unlimited ammunition (where applicable) for the weapons. To do this, simply repeat until no ammunition number appears beneath the gun pictures. According to Cheat Code Central, these cheats will drop your street creds, which can be seen in the Stats Menu at the pause screen, but only your stats will be affected.
Unlock the first tier of weapons by pressing "Up," "Square," "Square," "Down," "Left," "Square," Square" and "Right." You will now have brass knuckles, knife, Molotov cocktails, 9 mm handgun, shotgun, Tec-9, AK-47, flamethrower and sniper rifle.
To unlock the second tier of weapons, press "Up," "Circle," "Circle," "Down," "Left," "Circle," "Circle" and "Right." This unlocks the katana sword, grenades, revolver, sawn-off shotgun, Uzi, M16, rocket launcher and laser-scoped sniper rifle.
Unlock the third tier of weapons by pressing "Up," "X," "X," "Down," "Left," "X," "X" and "Right." You will now have the chainsaw, grenades, revolver, SMG, combat shotgun, mini-gun and sniper rifle.
Full Health and Repair
You can use a cheat that will give you full health for your character. According to PlayStation2-cheats.co.uk, this cheat will also repair your car if it is damaged or smoking. To enter the code, press "L1," "R1," "X," "L1," "R1," "Square," "L1" and "R1." You will hear a message if the code has been successfully entered.
Extra Armor and Money
If you need additional protection or money in the game, you can take advantage of two cheats to help yourself. Both codes may be entered when you are in the game, and both codes will display a message if entered successfully.
For extra armor, press "L1," "R1," "Circle," "L1," "R1," "X," "L1" and "R1." For an extra $250,000, press "L1," "R1," "Triangle," "L1," "R1," "Circle," "L1" and "R1."
