• Call of Duty: Finest Hour consists of a three short single-player campaigns, and an online mode that allows up to 16 players to battle it out in different combat scenarios over a broadband Internet connection.

Single Player Campaigns

• The single-player campaigns allow gamers to fight their way across Europe as Russian, British or U.S. forces during World War II.

Online Multiplayer

• Unlike the games that came later in the franchise, Call of Duty: Finest Hour doesn't allow for split screen multiplayer combat. However, it provides online multiplayer matches.

Multiplayer Options

• Call of Duty: Finest Hour includes eight different map packs, with four different multiplayer modes. The game-play modes include death match, team death match, search and destroy and capture the flag.

Critical Reception

• As popular as the Call of Duty franchise has become, this first console entry into the series was the least popular. According to GameRankings.com, the aggregate critical score was only about 77 percent.
