Action Replay Max for PS2 FAQs

Action Replay Max is game breaker that allows you to input cheat codes, save game files, import game files, download game saves and unlock access to other region DVDs. Action Replay Max makes entering codes more convenient and will automatically save codes for future use.

  1. Gameshark Compatibility

    • Only official Action Replay codes are compatible with Action Replay.

    PS3 Compatibility

    • Action Replay Max will only function properly on the Playstation 2 console.

    Character Codes

    • Action Replay Max uses 13 characters. Codes not originally discovered on Action Replay Max will not work.

    Code Confirmation Issues

    • Verify that you are entering the master code right after you enter the name of the game.

    Code Incompatibility

    • Make sure you aren't confusing characters such as the letter "O" for the number "0". Confirm that the master code is exactly as listed.

    Usage

    • Action Replay Max allows the user to manipulate a games code, allowing access to cheats and parts of the game the developer did not originally intend for you to find.
