      Access a blank "paint brush" file on your computer.

      Change the pixel size in the paint brush file to 256 by 256. You will find this under the "image" tab at the top. After clicking that, click "attributes," then change the size.

      Open the "Grand Theft Auto" folder on your computer. Find the "skins" sub directory.

      Look at the default skin. Specifically you need to match the shape of your skin so that it fits on your character once back in the game.

      Change and alter your skin to your creative wish. Remember, you're the one playing the video game, make it your own and create cool attributes for your character.

      Click "save" once you have finished your creation. Be sure that you save it in the "Grand Theft Auto" folder under the "skins" sub directory.
