Push the pedestal up into the room you just opened. Make sure it has two Djose Spheres in it. If you push it in before it has two Djose Spheres in it, just step on the beacon to bring it back.
Push the pedestal into the electrified pit. After a moment, it should begin to float, which makes it into a stepping stone.
Jump across the pedestal and push it into the wall.
Jump back across and step on the flashing beacon again to bring the pedestal back.
Remove the two Djose Spheres from the pedestal and take them to both sides of the first room.
Return and remove the Charged Djose Sphere from the wall and insert it into the slot on the other side of the door.
Walk to the left and examine the glyph on the wall next to the flashing beacon. This opens a room with the Destruction Sphere in it.
Take the Destruction Sphere and head to the middle of the room. An elevator should have appeared where the pedestal used to be.
Step on it and ride the elevator up.
Head up and press "X" to push the pedestals into the walls (the order doesn't matter.) This opens the way up. Do not leave yet!
Head toward the stairs, but stop on the way and insert the Destruction Sphere into the pedestal. This opens up the secret chest. Grab the loot and you're done!
