How to Do an Alley-Oop on 2K10 on the PS2

In "NBA 2K10," a basketball video game for the Sony PlayStation 2, you can pick one of the teams from the 2009 NBA roster and play against another team. To have a better chance of taking your team to victory, you must know a few advanced offensive moves, such as the Alley-Oop. This move occurs when you throw the ball toward the basket and another player jumps up, catches the ball and then dunks it into the basket.

     Play through the game until your player gets the ball.

     Move the left analog stick toward your basket to have your player run toward it.

   • 3

     Press "L2" and "X" simultaneously. Your player will throw the ball, and the advanced control will prompt another player to complete the Alley-Oop.
