How to Get Gotenks in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3

Amass Money

  Choose Kid Gohan as your player character to amass as much in-game money as you can hold at one time.

  Travel to the following locations in this order: the small island just below the bottom red marker and the red circle marker in the bottom third of the green patch on the larger continent (slightly above the first red marker).

  Visit the white icy island at the top of the map, and go to the top corner of the bottom left bay on the icy island. Visit the rightmost edge of the rightmost island in the island chain just below the main continent in the sea at the bottom left corner of the map.

  Find the final location by sketching a grid four squares by four squares. Mark a dot at the top left corner of the grid square that is three squares across and one square down. Take Kid Gohan to this last location. Ensure that you have approximately 50,000 units of in-game money.

Acquire Gotenks

  Access the Capsule Shop, and randomize the shop.

• 6

  Buy the capsules that appear until you either run out of money or the Gotenks capsule comes up.

• 7

  Acquire more in-game money, and then repeat Steps 1 and 2 until you are able to buy the Gotenks capsule.
