How to Get Albel After Disc 2 in Star Ocean: Till the End of Time

"Star Ocean: Till the End of Time" is a single-player role-playing game available for the PlayStation 2 game console. The main feature of the game is its fast-paced combat system. Up to eight characters will be able to join the main hero, Fayt, on his journey. Some characters, such as Albel Nox, are not available at the beginning of the game and must be recruited. You are first able to recruit Albel during the first disc of the game. However, if you miss the chance, you may obtain him by defeating him during disc 2.

Instructions

  Decide which optional characters you want in your party. You will only have enough slots for two optional characters. There are a total of four optional characters you may recruit in the game. Peppita, Nel, Roger and Albel are all optional. You will not be able to recruit Albel if you allow two of the other three characters join you before Disc 2.

  Visit the town of Kirsla on the planet Elicoor II.

  Enter the largest mansion in town and speak to Woltar. He will inform you Albel is in the Urssa Lava Caves, close to the town.

  Visit the Urssa Lava Caves and follow the path. Along the way, you will meet with Albel. He will challenge Fayt to a one-on-one battle.

  Defeat Albel. After defeating him, he will join your party.
