Instructions
Go to the roof of the Water Prison. Look for the door with an emblem on it. Walk around the door to find the valve handle for the sluice gate. Press X to rotate it and open the gate. The water will drain and light up the third floor of the prison. Return to the third floor.
Look at the maps of the cell areas on the third floor and find the room with the hole, Cell 6. Enter the hole to go to the second floor. You will find another hole in the second floor room Cell 6. Jump down the hole to get to the first floor and the Shower Room. Run around the monsters and unlock the double door and exit the room.
Unlock the south door, but don't go in it. Climb up the ladder next to it to get to the Central Surveillance Room. Look through the eight holes in the wall to see the cells of the prison. Press the right analog stick on your controller to look around them. Examine all of the cells and take note of the one with a bloody bed and a hole in it, Cell 1.
Go up the ladder to the second floor. Turn the valve handle on the wall and look through the holes to find the cell with the bloody bed and a hole, Cell 5. The valve rotates the entire floor, and the goal of the puzzle is to match up the room with the bloody bed and hole with the one below it on the first floor that also has a hole and a bloody bed.
Return to the third floor. Turn the valve on the wall, find the room with the bloody bed, and rotate the floor until the room matches up with the other two rooms with bloody beds. Watch the cut-scene, then descend the ladder to the third basement floor. Watch another cut-scene, then leave through the southern double doors. Descend the spiral stairwell to reach the outside.
Go into the third basement floor and enter the room with the bloody bed. Jump down the hole to the second floor. Jump down the hole in the second floor room to get to the first floor. Jump down the first floor hole into the final basement on the map to reach the kitchen. The lights will now be turned on.
